This KBA explains that Kosovo is available in the standard Country/Region field used in Candidate Profile and Job Application.

Kosovo may be selected in the Country/Region dropdown when creating or updating a candidate profile, and when candidate country/region information is displayed or used in the job application process.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Kosovo is available in the standard country picklist used by Recruiting for Candidate Profile and Job Application.

The Country/Region field in Candidate Profile and Job Application must use the standard country field and standard country picklist configuration. If the field is configured using the standard country picklist, Kosovo is available for selection.

• Kosovo is available in the Country/Region dropdown on Candidate Profile.
• Kosovo can be used as the candidate Country/Region value.
• The value can be carried into the Job Application where the standard country field behavior is used.
• The same country list behavior is related to the enhancement where Kosovo is available in the standard Country dropdown for Job Requisition forms.

Configuration reminder:

• The Candidate Profile country field must use the standard field ID country.
• The field must use type picklist.
• The field must be linked to the standard picklist country.
