3445213 - Unable to add VC product to quote. Error: Incomplete product synced from SAP product configuration cannot be added to the quote. Please configure the product and try again

• An error message "Incomplete product synced from SAP product configuration cannot be added to the quote. Please configure the product and try again" is displayed when attempting to add a Variant Configuration (VC) product via the Catalog page or through the Add Items option on the quote page.
• The error occurs when clicking the Add button, even if the VC product appears complete and does not seem to require configuration.

• For Variant Configuration (VC) products, the system requires the product to go through the configuration process before it can be added to the quote.
• Direct adding of the product using the Add button is not supported for VC products, regardless of whether the product appears fully defined. 

• Select the 'Configure' option for the product and complete the configuration process. Then click 'Add to Quote' to add the product to the quote. 
• This step is required even if no configuration changes are needed.
