3445254 - Offboarding tasks fail to generate - Onboarding

The Offboarding tasks are not triggered for the candidate even if the manager had completed the data review

The data review was completed by the manager in a previous cancelled Offboarding process.

Ensure that the manager is trying to complete the new onboarding process.

In order to verify if the manager is navigating in the cancelled process you can follow these steps:

1. Go to BPE and select "Monitor Processes"
2. Click on "Variables" and search for the UserId (you can use "userId=userIdNumber.)
3. Confirm if the "Process Definition ID" called "Offboarding2Workflow" appears more than once
4. If confirmed, go to the first created Process Definition and navigate to the "Variables" at the bottom of the page
5. Copy the Process Id
6. Go to "Manage Data," then "Process Trigger," and paste the process Id
7. Navigate to "Process Tasks" and check if the tasks were completed
8. Check if the process status is "cancelled"
