Symptom

When trying to post a document in transaction CTE_DOC_MONI, the following errors appear.

Posting Confirmation for Expense Report XXXXXXXXXX/1 failed.

Document is not in a known state. (CTE_FND000)

Please contact your Concur administrator. (CTE_FND075)
