Normally the value of the key figure RECOMMENDEDSAFETYSTOCK is equal to the sum of the safety stock variability component key figures: 

• Demand Variability safety stock (SAFETYSTOCKDEMANDVAR)
• Supply Variability safety stock (SAFETYSTOCKSUPPLYVAR)
• Service Variability safety stock (SAFETYSTOCKSERVICEVAR)

But when constraining the Inventory Profile to Consider min/max safety stock, you observe that isn't the case.
