3445593 - Service Call is not created in SAP B1 - Could not save object to SAP B1

Symptom

  • The Service Call was successfully created in SAP Field Service Management and sent to SAP Business One. However, an error occurred during the creation process in SAP B1, resulting in the following error message generated by the SAP B1 Cloud Connector.

  • The Service Call's syncStatus property is set to "ERP_ERROR". 
  • The Service Call has the transfer status "ERROR" in the ERP Connector Queue feature in FSM Admin.
