When posting jobs on Naukri Gulf job board in Recruiting Posting, candidates are not redirected to the external career site.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

The current integration does not support applications by URL.

Naukri Gulf has been integrated via XML API integration, which supports only ApplyByEmail. When a candidate applies, it triggers an email containing a URL for the application process. This URL is then sent to the candidate, who must complete the application process on the external career site.

Naukri Gulf has notified Recruiting Posting about their upcoming integration update. With the integration update on the job board's new platform, we aim to incorporate the URL application method.

Any modifications to the SAP Recruiting Posting integration will be addressed once we receive the information from the job board regarding the latest changes. However, it is important to note that the feasibility and deadline for these changes are subject to SAP roadmap policies, and we are unable to make any commitments at this time.
