3445681 - SAP Business ByDesign 2402 Hotfix Collection 2 Information

Symptom

Following is the list of fixes* delivered with the Hotfix collection 2 performed in 2402 release of SAP Business ByDesign.

The Hotfix collection is planned to be deployed to tenants during the respective planned maintenance window on/after the 16th of March 2024. Please check the planned maintenance downtime window of your tenant from the Service Control Center.

Output Management 

  • The latest Adobe Lifecycle Designer patch version is now available for download from the Download Center. (Hotfix ID: 1000028950)

Business Configuration

  • Earlier, the holiday calendar was not working as expected while fetching short and long texts. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500020196)

 

Financial Management

Cross-Country Extensions

  • For Japan, you can now enter bank account numbers that are longer than 8 characters when the account type is "JP9- Other Account (only for Japan)". However, issues may occur for payment scenarios such as domestic bank transfers if the account number exceeds 10 characters. In such cases, users are alerted when they enter an account number longer than 10 characters. This issue does not affect the international bank transfer or XSLT-generated payment scenarios. Key User Translation Tool

  • Earlier, the text collection process in Language Adaption Tool (LAT) could yield incomplete content. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 1000028113)

 

Project Management

Project Processing

  • When a Project Stock Order that does not contain a Ship from Location value is submitted, it was causing errors. This issue is now fixed. (Hotfix ID: 4500023395)

 

Supply Chain Management

Identified Stock

  • The Quantity and corresponding fields in the Identified Stock data source are now PDI enabled. (Hotfix ID: 4500025530)

Site Logistics Request

  • You now have read-only access to the Document Output Request node of the SiteLogisticsTask and SiteLogisticsRequest objects. (Hotfix ID: 4500021719) 
  • When you are working with 3PL Warehouse Request in adaptation mode, the total sum calculation in table is now displayed correctly. (Hotfix ID: 4500023273)
