Symptom

Encountering an error message when posting through IDOC, Interface - IBEOAL, SPROXY, BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST. 
The error message you're seeing is "Non time dependent taxes: tax date must not to be filled from caller" with Message Number FOT_TDT024.

The functionality "Time Dependent Tax" new fields are needed if TDT is active
