3445752 - SSO failure from Fiori Launchpad to backend system via NWBC due to Secure Login Client not being invoked/triggered

Symptom

Single Sign-On (SSO) is not working from Fiori Launchpad when clicking on a tile to access a backend system via NWBC.

SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC) for Fiori Launchpad system connections uses Secure Login Client (SLC) for authentication. The certificate generated by SLC is the same one used for web-based access authentication.
