3445836 - All users facing "HTTP/RFC session was deleted following timeout" in just a few minutes

Symptom

  • All users that are accessing the system through the browser are losing their sessions after being logged on for just a few moments / minutes.
  • The system log (transaction SM21) entry "HTTP/RFC session was deleted following timeout" is created.
  • Although this happens, the user's session is still visible in the transaction SM04.
