3445837 - Feature request to improve sp_serverinfo peformance - SAP ASE

• Client driver calls sp_serverinfo to fetch the server or client character set and sort order information. 
• With large number of connections, the call to sp_serverinfo accumulates high logical reads on the syscurconfigs table.
