Symptom

You would like to set a Concur document to status "Blocked" under the "Concur Posting Document Monitor" app or the transactions CTE_POST_MONI or CTE_DOC_MONI. Or you were requested by SAP support to provide the failed report at status "Blocked, so they can debug the posting process.
