3446053 - First Feed Entry does not have Attachment Option

Symptom

Whenever a First feed entry is created it does not have attachment option in it.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

Reproducing the Issue

1. Navigate to Work Center
2. Go to Feed Work Center
3. Choose any one Feed
4. Select the box at the top of the feed where it says "Share an update with everyone in the company" does not have icons for adding an image or a file
5. If you try the same thing for replies or comments then you will see the icons.

Cause

Feed entry does not have attachment option for the first Feed which is current behaviour of the system.

Resolution

This is expected behavior as per current functionality.
