User can see extra field in RFQ UI i.e: Title ; Estimated Price ; Responded by date
This are automated field which will show when user see RFQ page.
Title and Responded by date are mandatory for RFQ created in S4(Sourcing)
However estimated Price can be hidden if the form created has a amount field with label 'Price' (Note: rfq.estimatedPrice.value.amount = '0.0')
