3446307 - Cross Portlet Business Rule Not Updating Event Date in Compensation Information

Symptom

Customer has a cross portlet business rule (Job Info to Comp Info) to set start date of Comp Info records to start date fo next month. However, Comp Info records are getting saved as per the date selected during the transaction, not as per the business rule's logic.
