Arabic emails text is on the left side, but it needs to be on the right side.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Cause
- TXT mail does not support right alignment
- User's default language is not set to Arabic
Resolution
The Enable HTML email notification under Company System and Logo Settings must be enabled so the Arabic language is respected.
System default language
If the system's default language for the user is set to English, consequently, even if the template is switched to Arabic, it will still display in a left-to-right alignment, as the user's default language remains English. This behavior is by design.
Please ensure that the user has their language set to Arabic before triggering the email. This will ensure that the email is formatted in the correct right-to-left alignment.
