3446379 - Work Centers Missing When Opening C4C Using an URL Pointing to an Object

When opening C4C system with a URL pointing to an object, you notice that some Work Centers and views are missing after copying and pasting the URL link.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1- Login in C4C with link format point to an object.
Example:
https://myXXXXX.crm.ondemand.com/sap/public/byd/runtime?bo_ns=http://sap.com/thingTypes&bo=COD_GENERIC&node=Root&operation=OnExtInspect&param.InternalID=XXXX&param.Type=COD_MKT_PROSPECT&sapbyd-agent=TAB

(Some Work centers will be missing e.g.: Administrator)

There is a parameter in the URL which is "sapbyd-agent=TAB".

This parameter is the reason some work centers disappear when the system is opened with the URL.

If you want to display all work centers assigned to the affected user, remove parameter "sapbyd-agent=TAB" from the URL.
