Symptom
This is an article to cover how can system run in parallel both Onboarding and Onboarding 1.0 application.

Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0
Resolution
Both Onboarding and Onboarding 1.0 application can run in parallel. To achieve this it is necessary a configuration on Onboarding 1.0 Integration setup and Onboarding Integration setup respectively.
The Onboarding initiation can be redirected to a specific Onboarding module based on integration setup criteria, so take the example below using Job Requisition "Country/Region" field.
- Onboarding 1.0 Integration setup - All job Requisitions.
- Onboarding Integration setup - Only US Job Requisition
- Job Requisition tested – Job Country US
- Candidate – test1 12onbtriger
- Candidate landed on Onboarding as expected
Now the test changing the integration filter for Onboarding on Onboarding Integration setup:
- Only BR Job Requisition – Note the Job requisition is the same (US), so it should not match this setup, and not land in Onboarding.
- Candidate – test2 12onbtriger
- Candidate test2 with Job requisition US landed on 1.0
Results are even the Integration setup for 1.0 is all job requisitions, if the Onboarding has a matching filter it will take precedence and candidates are redirected to Onboarding.
If candidates do not match Onboarding filter system will check for Onboarding 1.0, if for example filter is for all Job requisitions, candidate will go to Onboarding 1.0.
