3446695 - SV009 shows when maintaining records in "Default Document Type for Stock Transfer Orders" - ERP and S/4HANA

Symptom

Customer wants to maintain one-step procedure for same receiving plant, same supplying plant but different document type in the following path:

olme -> Purchase Order -> Set up Stock Transfer Order -> Assign Document Type, One-Step Procedure, Underdelivery Tolerance

But SV009 shows as "An entry already exists with the same key"
