3446763 - How to implement to support change pointer when replicating customer from ERP/S4Hana to Commerce Cloud

As mentioned in below guides below, the change pointer is not supported when replicating customer from ERP/S4Hana to Commerce Cloud. 

"Due to the technical limitations of SCI, for example, the datastore storage time limit is limited to 30 days, the Replicate B2B Customer From SAP S/4HANA to SAP Commerce Cloud integration flow doesn’t support change pointers."

"Use Send Customers (transaction BD12) only for initial uploads of customers and their address data. For the replication of changes triggered by change pointers, use Creating IDoc Type from Change Pointers (transaction BD21). Change pointers are supported only for Data Hub-based integrations."
