  • Upgrade failed with permission error 10389 on sp_thresholdaction:

    ROLLING_UPDATE=Server message: Number 10389, Severity 14, State 1, Line 5, Server SID, Procedure sp_thresholdaction --- Message string:
    Permission denied. You must be the object owner to replace the definition of 'sp_thresholdaction'.
