3446879 - SAP Work Zone emails not showing the header logo

• SAP Work Zone "noreply@workzone.ondemand.com" are missing the logo picture in the email header.
• Email notifications from Workzone are not including the logo in the email header 
• Email notifications with broken logo in the header

• SAP Build Work Zone, Advanced Edition
• SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone
• SAP Jam Collaboration

The WZ Domain URL requires authentication and cannot be accessed directly.

It is recommended to use the DWS Data Center URL instead of the WZ Domain URL. An example can be found below:

• Logo URL in the email will look something like: https://workzone.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/site#workzone-home&/image/logo/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?is_area_logo=false&max_x=180&max_y=50&ts=xxxxxxxxxxx
• When trying that URL in a browser, it asks for login.
• If change that from using the WZ Domain URL to using the underlying DWS Data Center URL (only replace the above URL with jamDC.sapjam.com): https://jamDC.sapjam.com/image/logo/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?is_area_logo=false&max_x=180&max_y=50&ts=xxxxxxxxxxx
• When trying that URL in a browser, the image just loads.

Same will happen if changes above are performed in the html file.
