3447039 - Long runtimes when using RPM_DX* mass upload programs in Portfolio Management

Symptom

The following programs exist to allow easy creation or updating of Portfolio Management objects from an Excel file:

  • RPM_DX_ITEM
  • RPM_DX_INIATIVE (transaction is RPM_DX_INITIATIVE)
  • RPM_DX_BUCKET
  • RPM_DX_PORTFOLIO
  • RPM_DX_PROJECT

Long runtimes are observed when running one of the above programs for many objects.
