3447053 - Communication Scenario is not available in Test system(3SL), while it's available in Development system - Customizing tenant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• Unable to activate related the scope item in test system.
• The related Scope item is only available in Development system - Customizing tenant.
• Communication Scenario is not available in test system.

Communication scenario requires the related scope item and transport request which includes the related scope item is not released to test system.

Note: All Tasks of the transport request type Central Business Configuration must have the status released. But Transport Requests are released by the business process configuration expert.

Check that in development system - customizing tenant using Export Customizing Transports app.

1. Go to Export Customizing Transports App
2. Filter Collection Type "SAP Central Business Configuration"
3. Click on Go

Release Transport Request (BC Scope Extension/BC Upgrade) in order to have the scope item available in the Test system.

Once Scope item available automatically, the communication scenario will be available in test system.

As described in the below Help document, SAP Central Business Configuration Transport Request is created by the system during the deployment of the workspace from the Central Business Configuration.

Tasks are released automatically after they're implemented.

Transport Requests are released by the business process configuration expert. Once content authoring has been finished, it will be possible to release the customizing requests using the Export Customizing Transports SAP Fiori app.
