3447053 - Communication Scenario is not available in Test system(3SL), while it's available in Development system - Customizing tenant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

• The Communication Scenario is not available in the test system because the corresponding scope item is not active in the system.
• Unable to activate related scope item in test system.
• The related Scope item activated only in Development - Customizing tenant.

Communication scenario requires the related scope item and transport request which includes the related scope item is not released to test system.

Note: All Tasks of the transport request type Central Business Configuration must have the status released. But Transport Requests are released by the business process configuration expert. 

All tasks of the transport request type Central Business Configuration must have the status Released.

Steps to follow:

1. Log in to the development-customizing tenant.
2. Open the 'Export Customizing Transports' app.
3. Filter the Collection Type as 'SAP Central Business Configuration'.
4. Click Go.
5. Take ownership of a request with the type SAP Central Business Configuration by selecting it and clicking Assign to Me.
6. Release the request:
   • Select the request and click Release > Execute.
7. If the request has the status Checking or Release Started, click Refresh.

Once the scope item becomes available automatically, the communication scenario will be available in the test system.

As described in the below Help document, SAP Central Business Configuration Transport Request is created by the system during the deployment of the workspace from the Central Business Configuration.

Tasks are released automatically after they're implemented.

Transport Requests are released by the business process configuration expert. Once content authoring has been finished, it will be possible to release the customizing requests using the Export Customizing Transports SAP Fiori app.
