3447121 - Review New hire data step does not assign to the defined participant - Onboarding

The assignment to Review New Hire Data steps is empty and the user cannot see the candidate. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The "Onboarding Dynamic group" has filters that exclude the candidate from the 'People Pool' allowed to the assigned users.

1. Go to Manage Data > Process > Search for the user Process Id > Go to "Review New Hire Data" task > Details > See the Responsible group assigned in "responsibilityConfig" > take note
2. Go to "Onboarding General Settings" > find the Responsible group that you identified > Click to see the group details > See the configuration to Dynamic Group > take note of the name of the assigned Dynamic Group
3. Go to Onboarding Dynamic Groups > Click to view the group details > See the People Pool > It's defined just to two specific criteria
4. Compare if the candidate attends to these criteria

In order to avoid it, you can consider configure the "Exclude these people from the group" instead of to configure the criteria in "Choose Group Members".

If you prefer use the option "Choose Group Members" you need to include the candidate condition in the filter criteria.
