How to deactivate or reactivate a value of a Multivalued/OVS field in UI.

Please follow the steps below in order to deactivate/reactivate a field in UI.

> Using the Download Functionality:

1. Go to the work center where the field that needs to be edited is located.
2. Start Adaptation mode and click on the affected field -> Edit.
3. In the list, go to the three dots option -> Download.
4. In the downloaded file, in the column "IS_DISABLED" add "X" if you need to deactivate the field or remove the "X" from the values that you want to reactivate.
5. Save the file in .csv format.
6. Go back to the C4C screen -> three dots -> Upload.
7. Upload the edited file.
8. After uploading, save.
Result: It is possible to see the changes in the UI.

> Do not use the "Edit Mode" to deactivate/reactivate a field value. This button will not properly save your changes when editing field values and will lead to inconsistencies.
