Symptom

Duplicated entries in tab "Business User - Application" of IAM Information System.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app IAM Information System.
  2. From the filters, select "Main Entity" = Business User.
  3. Go to tab "Business User - Application". 
  4. Filter column "Application" on for example "Reset Cleared Items". Observe that per user, the same app with the same Application Subtitle, Fiori ID and Application Category appears more than 1 time. 

Resolution

It's as design.

IAM Information System does not combine the "duplicated" ones, as the applications belong to different business catalogs, although from the Fiori Interface and downloaded excel file, it does not show the business catalogs.
