3447337 - PO Flexible workflow does not restart based on the restart condition - SAP S/4HANA

Symptom

Conditions have been maintained via OLME-> Purchase Order -> Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders -> Manage Conditions to Restart Flexible Workflow for Purchase Orders. However, PO flexible workflow does not restart when changes are made to the relevant fields.
