Symptom

When activating a bank account in app Manage Bank Accounts, error 'Specify a value for Account Number before you continue' occurs.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to app Manage Bank Accounts.
  2. Activate a bank account.
  3. Error 'Specify a value for Account Number before you continue' occurs.

Cause

The error occurs because the Account Number is not specified for the Bank Account.

Resolution

Specify the Account Number for the bank account in the Edit mode.
