Symptom
Export or Import to AWS S3 or Azure cloud storage fails with following error:
The requested backend service did not succeed
(dberror) [2]: general error: HTTP request retry limit exceeded as the hyperscaler service is not stable for now, please try it again after a while: requestType=Blob_ListBlobs, retried=20, lastError=exception 2560000: Connection to host <storage hostname>:443 failed
exception 2112401: Failed to resolve hostname [<storage hostname>] with exception
exception 2050100: System call failed [addrinfo:-2]: Name or service not known
