3447564 - Learning Recommendations in this instance are ready for user consumption: Not Ready

Even after enabling Integrated Learning Experience (ILX) and Personalized Learning Recommendations, and confirming that all prerequisites are met, the status remains as 'Not Ready.' Consequently, Personalized Recommendations are not displayed in Learning.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Enable ILX & personalized recommendations & validate configurations & prerequisites as mentioned in Prerequisites to Adopt Personalized Recommendations On the New Learning Home Page | SAP Help Portal and subtopics 
2. Check the Personalized Recommendations Adoption Information under Learning Administration > Application Administration > Integrated Learning Settings & note the:
   "Learning Recommendations in this instance are ready for user consumption:" is 'Not Ready.'.

In addition to the minimum activity data mentioned in Enabling Personalized Recommendations from Admin Center | SAP Help Portal this activity is only considered if records are less than 2 years old.

Ensure the data to meet the minimum activity data used for personalize Recommendations engine is within these times restraints:

• Users - Last updated timestamp is within 2 years for active or 5 months for inactive.
  
  
• Items (event history, learning plan or bookmarks) - within 2 years old and optional courses only.
  
  
  • At least 100 users using SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
  • At least 100 learning items exist in the system.
  • At least 1000 unique interactions between users and courses, including actions such as bookmarked learning items, learning plan or completed learning items, occurred over a period of 2 years.

Note: If the above criteria are met but the 'Learning Recommendations in this instance are ready for user consumption' still appears as 'Not Ready', it is possible that the SPC certificate may have expired during the onboarding process. In such a scenario, an incident needs to be opened with the SF Data Platform team. The operations team will update the certificates and re-trigger the AIBS onboarding request using the provisioning API.
