3447583 - The document flow between a Sales Order, Delivery and Invoice is missing.

Symptom

  • A user has created an item delivery and issued an invoice as a result of a sales order item, afterwards there was a requirement to cancel the invoice and the subsequent item delivery was deleted by the user.
  • The user is now unable to see the entire document flow from the "Display Document Flow" option in the Manage Sales Order App.
