3447606 - The package with name UKERNEL was requested but this package is not defined in the packages section of the component

Symptom

When performing Additional Application Server Installation with Software Provision Manager tool, we can see following error entries in the sapinst_dev.log file:

ERROR <date> <time> (<host>\<user>) (startInstallation) [CCdClient.cpp:54] id=cdsrv.nameNotAvailable errno=FCD-00001 CCdClient::getCD()
Package not defined. DETAILS: The package with name KERNEL was requested but this package is not defined in the packages section of the component. SOLUTION: Contact SAP support.
