3447718 - Legal Entity Transfer - User ID and Person-Id-External Context - Onboarding

When Initiating Legal Entity Transfer on New Employment from Recruiting, what would be the onboardee's:

1. Person-Id-External
2. User Id
3. Username

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Employee to apply for an internal position under a different Legal Entity:
   
   • Employee ID (person-id-external): PersonID1
   • Username: username1
   • User ID: userId1
2. Initiate Future Termination for the Employee.
3. Initiate Onboarding from Recruiting immediately a day after termination.
4. Complete the Onboarding Process
   • Employee ID During NHDR - PersonID1
   • Username: username1
   • User ID: userId2

For Legal Entity Transfer on New Employment:

• We don't make any changes to the personIdExternal, as well as the Username. 
• The username remains unchanged as the employee is still active
• As for the User Id, a new one will be assigned since the onboardee is considered as a new user.
