3447889 - Counted User is Same as Unassigned user under Counted User Overview

You can see that Total Counted users and Unassigned counted user as same in the Counted User Overview under Service Control Center

SAP Cloud for Customer core applications

1. Go to Service Control Work Center
2. Counted User Overview
3. Check the Total Counted Users and Unassigned Counted User are same in number

In below example: We see that the counted user and unassigned user are 20.

The reason unassigned counter user is 20 in the case is because none of the counted user is assigned to any Subscription. Once you assign User Subscription to counted User then you can see that count will reduce in Unassigned Counted user. 

1. Go to Administrator Work Center
2. Navigate to the Business Users view
3. Select any Business user ( Which is marked as counted)
4. Click on Edit and choose User Subscriptions 
5. You see user has not assigned any User Subscriptions.
6. Click on add and assign it.
7. Once you assign 'User Subscription' to counted User then you can see that count will reduce in Unassigned Counted user.
