3447895 - Message CM100 no valid bill of material found occurs when trying to maintain/display component allocation in t-code CA01/CA02/CA03

Symptom

When maintaining/displaying routing component allocation in t-code CA01/CA02/CA03, system is unable to find valid BOMs. In t-code CA01/CA02, a pop-up window is triggered and suggest to create BOMs. In t-code CA03, message CM100 "No valid bill of material found." occurs.
