Business requirement to find logs that are no longer available in OpenSearch, it is possible to download them from blob storage using Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer.
Logs on blob storage are available for 90 days for production environment and for 30 days for stage and development environments. Please refer to the Commerce Logs Blob Storage documentation for further information.
