Symptom
It is not clear where a priority can be assigned so that workflow items are filtered and sorted accordingly, in My Inbox app.
Environment
- Sales and Distribution (SD)
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud All versions
Reproducing the Issue
- Logon with role SAP_BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP assigned.
- Open app Manage Sales Orders - Version 2 and create a sales order (test script of scope item BD9).
- When the sales order is blocked by approvals, a work item is sent to the predefined Approver in My_Inbox app.
- Logon with the user who is the Approver from step 3.
- Access app My Inbox.
- Note that work items are listed by Priority.
Resolution
The 'Priority' feature for sales documents is planned for a later release; i.e. CE2408. Please note that SAP may decide to alter this timeframe without warning.
The priority setting will be configurable in app 'Mange Sales Document Workflows', under the 'Workflow Steps'.
