3448084 - Error /CWM/MD008 when defining CW Material with Alternative UoM

Symptom

You are not able to maintain an Alternate UoM to a CW Material, when there is already a Parallel UoM maintained and the existing PUoM and the new Alternative UoM are in same Dimension 'Mass' in CUNI. 

  • Alternative unit of measure OZ must be defined as PUoM alternative  Message no. /CWM/MD008
  • You can only define one parallel unit of measure Message no. SCM_MD_R3_PI024
