Symptom

Are the manifest file values of groupware integration different for Test and Production tenants?

SAP Service Cloud v2
SAP Sales Cloud v2

Resolution

Manifest IDs in the SAP Add-in may differ between environments such as test or production. Consequently, users can install both manifests on their Outlook accounts. This capability is inherent to Outlook and Exchange online functionality and cannot be controlled from our end.

It's recommended to use one unique mailbox per Server Side Integration tenant to prevent conflicts and synchronization issues.
