3448202 - Table <tabname> is not a virtual table - SUM PRP_GENCHECKS/CHK_DB6_DEF_TAB.

Symptom

In phase PRP_GENCHECKS/CHK_DB6_DEF_TAB.  SUM is complaining that it cannot materialize deferred table <tabname>.
Materialize here means create the table from a virtual object (view) into an empty table.  
Deferred table creation was used.  See SAP note 1151343 - DB6: Use of "Deferred Table Creation" for additional information.
