3448211 - Receiving Old Appointments via Outlook Server Side

Old appointments are being notified again via Outlook Server Side after a change was made to the appointment.

When a change is made to an appointment this trigger a synch and make the Outlook notify again, even if the appointment date has already taken place.

This is a system behavior for Outlook Server Side.

As an alternative you can raise an idea in the Influence Portal https://influence.sap.com/sap/ino/#/campaign/1868 with your request.

The Customer Influence portal is the proper channel for requirements of changes in the system behavior. There, other customers can also vote for the idea and depending on the demand from the customer community, and feasibility the developers will evaluate and plan accordingly for a possible implementation of this request.
