Symptom

  • rs_init reports the following error when installing a new SRS
    • CONNECTIVITY ERROR: CS-Library error:
                          'comn_cryptolib_load(): user api layer: internal common
                          library error: Failed to load library '%1!'.'.

  • rs_init -v

    • rs_init: error while loading shared libraries: libsapcrypto.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
