3448236 - SWPM - Error: Your server uses collation: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

The customer was performing an OS/DB Heterogeneous System Copy. The customer installed first the (A)SCS instance on application server and afterwards proceeded to install the Microsoft SQL Server database instance in the database host, while executing the 'Define Parameters' phase, SWPM process stopped and the interface showed following error message:
