Symptom
- Customer reports that certain benefit enrollment records do not reflect the Employee (EE) and Employer (ER) Contribution amounts in the Benefits Confirmation Statement.
- The values are displayed in the statement, but they appear in incorrect rows.
- The issue occurs when a Benefit Enrollment record has multiple Non-Dependent Beneficiaries.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Global Benefits
Reproducing the Issue
1. Navigate to the Employee (EE) Profile.
2. Generate the Benefits Confirmation Statement.
3. Observe that there are certain rows with blank EE and ER Contribution Amounts.
4. Note the misalignment of displayed data.
Cause
The issue arises due to the lack of support for a reference mapping for Non-Dependent Nominees. The customer has mapped it via direct mapping, causing the data to be misaligned when there are multiple non-dependent nominees.
Resolution
The customer should remove the mappings for "Non-Dependent Nominees" as this is currently not supported.
