3448262 - Please set one record as primary record error - Onboarding

The manager is receiving an error message despite the Primary Record being set to "Yes" in "Review New Hire Data."

In some cases, this issue occurs only for specific users.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Log in the instance
2. Proxy as the Hiring Manager
3. Go to Onboarding
4. Open the task to Review New Hire Data
5. Try to go past the Emergency Contact and Next 
6. You will see the error

The user role does not have permission to edit the 'emergency contact' information. If only view permission is granted, the system will prevent any changes and display an error message.

1. Go to Manage Permission Roles
2. Find the user role
3. Employee Data
4. Emergency Contact 
5. Grant the permission to edit
