Symptom

Error when accessing an already existing SAP Analytics Cloud Story using BW Live Models.

Also the error message: "Server Error" "No json root element in response" "This can be due to a json parsing issue"

When recording a network trace as per steps on KBA 2280022, there is a GetResponse call failing with status code 500 Internal Server Error.
