Is it possible to change the Employee Referral Information associated with the candidate/application?

There is no way to change the referrer or remove the Employee Referral Information (Referred By) from the candidate/application.

If the referral information is incorrect, please delete the incorrect candidate profile and create a new one. Deleting a candidate profile is possible only if the DPCS 2.0 feature is enabled. For more information, refer to the KBA 2670133 - Anonymize Candidate Profiles Feature - Recruiting Management.

Note: Do not merge the candidate profiles after creating a new one, as the referral information will be inherited by the merged candidate profile.

What happens after merging candidate profiles with referral information?

 - Candidate Profile:

The referral information will be inherited by the merged candidate profile. If both the candidate profiles have referral information, the Employee Referral Information portlet in the Candidate Profile will display both referral records.

 - Job Application: 

The Employee Referral Information associated with an existing job application will remain unchanged. It will continue to show the name of the original referrer.
