Symptom

  • The Unified Person is duplicated, resulting in two instances for the same user/person.
  • In Master Data Management, there are two records that pertain to the same user/person, causing duplication.
  • This particular issue pertains specifically to the integration between SAP Field Service Management and SAP Business One. It does not affect integrations with SAP Field Service Management through the Proaxia Connector.
